We got to great lot where we ditched the RV, pointed out, and hopped the excellent park shuttle system. Now the scenery goin in was nice, really. First stop: Information. The Pop always wants to hit an orientation film to brush up on just what we're going to see here. It seems that has been a secret point for derision from the more junior members of the family. " Oh great! Another National Geographic film." Needless to say, I rreeeally enjoyed today's orientation. Soon afterwards we were all, again redundant... stunned. What a place! This is the middle park in the Grand Staircase. The lower geologic layer at Bryce is the upper layer at Zion, The lower layer at Zion is the uppermost layer of the Grand Canyon, so it is said. We take it for beauty and quite honestly, fabulous time together. We seem to have our minds right and there is a stellar woman woman making arrangements a step or
two ahead using this little phone & a VZW "1G" connection. We were dressed to hike and hike we did.
